On behalf of the entire staff here at Sabovic Management, we would like to welcome you to your new home. We strive to provide you with superior service so that your renting experience is first-rate, and that you would choose to rent with us year after year.

We have included within this welcome packet some helpful resources, answers to questions as well as some useful phone numbers. The left portion of the packet contains some insight into local attractions, local eateries and some useful coupons, as well as a 'change of address' form. The right portion of the packet has forms (some of which must be completed and returned within five (5) days from your move-in date). The forms which need to be returned are:

• Roommate Agreement Form (if necessary);
• Move-In Condition Form;
• Lead Paint Disclosure (if not returned already).

Among the forms you will also find are information related to the Move-In Condition Form, a Parking Lease Application Form (if necessary), a Notice of Intent to Vacate Form, a Move Out Cost Schedule, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When the time comes for you to move in, please be sure to call or email the office 48 hours before you plan to arrive at the building to move in. Also, this would be the operative time to inquire as to whether your balance is current: you want to make sure you have paid everything that needs to be paid ahead of time (application fees, security deposit, 1st month's rent, parking fees, etc.). Please note, vehicles are towed (at vehicle owners expense) from the parking lot if no parking sticker is displayed.

Please be sure to contact the appropriate utility companies: gas, electric, cable, telephone, etc. so that they are working when you arrive. If you have questions, please contact the building manager, Kemal, at 773-784-2288, or kemal@sabovicmanagement.com. For other issues, and questions, please refer to the list below:

• For all other issues, please contact your building manager.

When leaving a message for any of the above departments, please leave a detailed message along with your name, address, unit number, primary tenant and contact phone number.
